BASIC SCRAMBLED EGGS INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients reserving butter for the skillet, beat eggs to mix well. Melt butter in a skillet & pour mixture into it. When eggs begin t thicken break into shreds by stirring with a fork. Keep cooking the egg kernels until done. SERVINGS: 2 TIME: 15 minutes SERVING TIPS: Serve with toast, fresh fruit & juice.
