BAKED SWEET-SWEET POTATO

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 sheet (18x24-inch) Reynolds Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil Wrap ®
bullet4 medium sweet potatoes peeled & cut to 1/4-inch slices
bullet2 Granny Smith apples, cored & thinly sliced into rings
bullet1/2 cup dried cranberries
bullet1/2 cup packed brown sugar
bullet3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
bullet1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:  Preheat oven to 450 F (232.22 C), or BBQ to medium high.  Place potato, apples & cranberries in the center of the aluminum foil & sprinkle with the sugar.  Combine margarine & cinnamon & drizzle over the top.  Bring up the foil sides & double fold the top & ends to seal making one large foil packet but leaving room for heat to circulate inside.  Bake 25-30 minutes on a cookie sheet in the oven or grill 20-25 minutes in a covered grill until sweet potatoes are tender.
