INGREDIENTS:
 | 5-7 LB smoked ham |
| 1/4 cup orange marmalade |
| 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 tsp ground ginger |
| 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients for glaze & set aside. Score ham into diamonds & bake at 350 F (176.67 C) for 1 hour 45 minutes. The last 45 minutes baste with 3/4 of the glaze. Bake until internal temperature is 140 F. Remove from oven & apply remaining glaze, cover & allow to sit at least 5 minutes, serve.
SERVINGS: 6-8 TIME: 2 hours
SERVING TIPS: Add whole cloves to the ham where scored diamonds meet, if desired.
