BAKED BURGERS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 1/2 LB ground beef
bullet1 1/2 tsp salt
bullet1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
bullet1 Tbsp mustard
bullet4 slices Monterey jack cheese

DIRECTIONS:  Combine ground beef & salt, mixing well.  Divide into 2 portions.  Press half into a 9 x 1/4" pie plate.  Combine horseradish & mustard & spread evenly over the beef.  Add the cheese.  Shape the remaining half beef & place over the mixture & pinch edges to gently seal securely. Bake uncovered in 350 F (176.67 C) 40 minutes or until done.  Check while cooking & drain excess fat if necessary.  Remove from the oven & drain, allow to set & top with black olives.  Cut into wedges & serve.
