BACON STUFFED EGGS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Chill, shell & cut eggs in half length wise. Remove egg yolks & place in a bowl & mash with a fork. Put egg whites on a tray. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy then blend in the mashed egg yolks, sour cream, dill, capers & bacon. Mix completely. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture. Cover & chill several hours before serving. SERVINGS: 24 TIME: 25 minutes SERVING TIPS: Garnish with sliced pimiento stuffed olives, paprika or watercress sprigs. BACON STUFFED EGGS |
