INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 tsp butter |
 | 10 oz fresh baby spinach, washed (see HOW TO WASH SPINACH) |
 | Dash of ground nutmeg |
 | Salt & pepper to taste |
DIRECTIONS: Place butter in a large pan over
medium heat, melt the butter & add spinach. Cover & cook until
just wilted, about 5 minutes. Remove to a bowl or platter & dust with
nutmeg. Serve warm.
