Kabobs
INGREDIENTS:
18 wooden skewers (10-inch)
1/3 cup A-1 Original Steak Sauce
1/3 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
2 tsp Kraft prepared Horseradish
1 1/2 LB beef top round steak cut into 1/2-inch strips
18 pear onions or wedges of sweet onion
18 strips red bell pepper
18 strips green bell pepper
18 strips yellow bell pepper
18 cherry or grape tomatoes (optional)
DIRECTIONS: Soak skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes, longer if possible. Meanwhile, mix steak sauce, barbecue sauce & horseradish until well blended; set aside. Thread steak strips & vegetables on each skewer. Place kabobs in a glass dish; coat with the sauce mixture. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour, turning occasionally. Grill 4 60 6 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally. You can also cook in the broiler.
